Very Good
The Motel placed in a good area, easily you can catch the train, the metro. Zoo is close,famous fashion street is close on foot too. Lots of restaurants around in different styles.
The wifi connection was not perfect during evening.

Nice stay for a short trip.
Nice and clean, good value for money, good location. Bed was decent. Breakfast was small but good!
Door closed at 9pm - key solution is not the best. Rooms are not soundproof and my room was next to the breakfast area - no sleep after 7:30y

What would you highlight about Motel Blue
Yet still offered a relative standard
The hotel itself is one of those typical small Berlin hotels spread over one or two floors in a large old tenement. The hotel is ok for a short stay. The location is also good because a metro station is only 100 m away. Furthermore , shops and restaurants are located directly at the hotel . The area is busy too. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Kurfürstendamm. There is breakfastbuffet but not much too choose from. By nice weather you can sit on the balcony for breakfast . There is a machine by the reception which sells drinks and snacks.
The single room was very small. The reception is not manned at night and early in the morning. I was lucky that I had received a key for the front door but other guests did not . To get in you have to enter a code by the entrance door and then take a key from a box for the front door and then put it back in the box. Especially when it's dark, many guests had a problem with it. Honestly the hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offers and the atmosphere. But that's a common problem with most hotels in this category in Berlin. Nevertheless yet it was still one of the cheapest in price that offered a relative standard
